If you want to keep your house cool enough to live without wasting money, then first take stock of what is in your home to aggravate the problem. The house is overheated, so for two reasons: the heat gain heat gain internal and external.

Internal heat gain is basically heating your home from things in your home. Even with the fire extinguished, there are a variety of appliances and equipment in your home that generate heat, even if they are not enabled.

Cooking is an obvious source of heat in your home, try the kitchen or in the morning, when cooler, use your grill, or eat more salad! Use the microwave more and try to avoid the oven whenever possible.

Turn off lights whenever possible, especially if you have incandescent bulbs, which can get very hot. Better yet, buy one or another of compact fluorescent lamps or LED lamps.
